submitted by Yolanda Y. - |Recommended: YesParking — The only thing is 1 parking tag for my unit I have 2 cars and vistor parking is ridiculous when I have to bring my other vehicle, sometimes having to park all the way in the front and I live in the back at 3a.m. when I get off work

I am happy to say that Visitors are now allowed to park anywhere thru out the property and register their vehicle thru www.registermyplate.com, making it a lot easier! Also please keep mind that as we put the needs of our residents first, we do have a maximum of 40 visitor spaces per day. Once that is maxed out, visitor passes will be denied. submitted by Nicholas H. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place — I have only lived in this apartment for almost a week and I already love it more than my previous property. The maintenance staff was very friendly and responsive and the overall staff was very nice and helpful. Though there was a slight pest problem upon move in but they have already scheduled an exterminator to check out the place. The location is very convenient for me as there are schools very close by and I am about 10 minutes away from my job.

Only complaint is that my unit smells like old cigarettes and I don't smoke. But as long as I have pluggins it's not too bad. And I LOVE how hot the water gets
