|Recommended: YesGood Living Place — Moved in recently and so far great place to live. Parking lot is semi fuller during the evening but as expected, grounds are well kept, apartment ac unit is cooooold which is awesome. Maintenance work is done hastily and very well. Overall quality of apartment is exceptional. Would recommend these apartments.

|Recommended: NoThey All Need To Be Demolished Rebuilt — so much mold in this apartment and everything is caulked together but not very well. it's like a gingerbread house that's 80 frosting with giant gaps so any money you save on rent goes towards managing an infestation or replacing stolen car parts. it has been very depressing.

|Recommended: YesThe Beautiful Trees And The View On My Windows Is Speechless — I can really recommend Cricket Apt to everyone The bilingual office staff and the manager help me with my application online and everything was fast and easy, from the start that I felt a warm welcoming staff -until I call this place my home sweet home
I would also like to praise to maintenance staff on very professional way to solving small issues, like smoke detectors batteries, alarm codes, etc. If something wrong that maintenance can't fix they send a specialist to resolve the issue. I had issues with my shower hot water was only coming hot not cold and the staff went go get and contact a professional plumber to fix the problem.
Place is very safe, neighborhood is nice and friendly, and gym and pool.

|Recommended: YesIf It's All You Can Afford Then Take It. — The buildings are old, the staff and maintenance are great. Parking is not an issue. You get what you pay for. Old property has its issues but the staff and maintenance will do their best to handle your issues and provide some happiness.

|Recommended: YesYou Get What You Pay For. — The apartment is big, for a one bedroom at this price. The bathroom is teeny tiny and hard to move around in and the closet opening takes up the space you're supposed to stand in. When my neighbors moved out, roaches moved in over here so be aware there are some roaches in the complex already. Maintenance was a little slow to fix issues. If you need a cheap apartment for a year or so this is a good place.
