submitted by Diana M. - |Recommended: YesNice And Clean — Overall it’s nice and mostly quite. Parking is a big issue. More than likely you will not be able to park anywhere near your building. Noise isn’t a huge deal. And right before trash days it’s a little messy but has gotten a lot better. Anytime I have out in a work order it’s been taken care of in a timely manner. But you have to remember every apartment complex comes with good and bad. The good here overlooks the bad.

submitted by Ernest M. - |Recommended: YesImpossible To Pay Rent Online — I've been happy with crooked hollow for years. But lately their website makes it very hard to pay the rent. They keep dropping my Wells Fargo account which has plenty of money in it. They won't accept cash, they won't accept a personal check, I'm not sure how they expect me to pay the rent when their website does not work. Hope to give a better review, when they fix their problems with the new Encarta property Management website. Encarta seems to be a foreign run website. This website does not seem to care.

submitted by William W. - |Recommended: NoProperty Has Gone Down Hill. Needs Improvement — The parking situation needs to be addressed. There are residents that live alone but own two or more cars and take up parking spaces. When I get home from work I have to park on the other side of the property. Also residents will have parties and their guests will be parked in spots that should be for residents and parked in the drive aisles blocking in cars with their hazards on for hours. When I come home from work late at night, there are residents or guests of residents outside, obviously drunk, that approach and harass you as you walk back to you apartment. this property is in desperate need of overnight security. I pay too much in rent to have no place to park anywhere near my apartment and deal with drunk high people when I get home. Also, the laundry are out of order half the time and the contracted company seems in no rush to come fix things. I have lived here for almost three years and unless these problems are addressed, I will gladly find another place to live. Cricket Hollow desperately needs a change of management. There's no respect for current residents needs. I will also be posting this on any find an apartment site I can find

submitted by Ronald L. - |Recommended: YesFair Prices — Drainage is really bad in front of building six. The side walk fills with mud every time it rains. Very slippery. I fell once, fortunately no harm done or it would have been my attorney contacting you.
