|Recommended: YesPlace To Live — For the price of the apartment it really is a steal, especially for as close to downtown as we are. Don't expect anything fancy, but we do have a gym and 2 pools. Maintenance of the property could be better, but again for the price of the apartments it's understandable.

|Recommended: YesNice And Quiet — Cricket Hollow has been exactly as advertised. I have always had really great experiences with the management staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained, quiet, and convenient to local needs. The unit I live in is nice and has all of the amenities I was looking for. Maintenance is slow when needed, but it is a huge property, so that is to be expected. They do a good job once they get to me. I really have no complaints.

|Recommended: NoYou Get What You Pay For I Guess — I would not recommend it, management has changed several times in the five year I have lived here and some of the staff is impolite and they don't communicate well I have gotten misinformation too many times. Landscaping has gotten worse and dry grass and dirt when you walk around the complex. The access gate too forever to fix, other property damage takes weeks to repair. My rent keeps increasing yet nothing in my apartment has be updated even before I moved in. the model looked so much better than what I moved into and the got me with a good deal, smh . Parking is so bad cars will be parked up for days, so look like they don't even run. I guess you get for what you pay for. the crime around the area is increasing and it is sad because this property could be a good property with some updates and clean up.

Thank you so much for allowing Cricket Hollow to be your home for the last five years. I am so sorry to hear of your frustrations. As you know COVID-19 has made the past 18 months very difficult for everyone. It has been very challenging for us to enter residents' homes and keep our staff healthy. We have struggled to get contractors and at times even some of the material needed for many of our repairs. However, our goal is to provide our residents with a well-maintained home so please feel free to give me a call and I will gladly see what I can do.
As you probably already know our parking regulations will be enforced starting August 1st, 2021 which should take care of the parking issues, and of course, we want everyone to feel and be safe so please help us by calling Amerishield Security at (512) 388-7060. You can call them anytime after office hours and of course, we encourage everyone to please call the Austin Police at 911 when a situation does arise.

I am super excited that now that our leasing office has reopened we will be able to start providing our residents with parking permits and enforcing our parking regulations. We should be ready to start by August 1st., 2021. Just a few days away! Once we begin to enforce, parking should not be an issue.

|Recommended: YesThe Office Staff Maintenance Crew Are Amazing ππΎππΎππΎ — Parking is awful they don't tow. Residents don't respect the handicap. 6 or 7 people staying in one apartment. There are a bunch of abandoned vehicles that the office knows about and still want tow. Dog pop every where. People who vehicles are not registered or belong to people that live here are on the premises. There are abandon vehicles from last year parked in spots and they still haven't been towed. When it comes to the parking it sucks and the office knows and still will not tow them.

We should be ready to start by August 1st. We have started to send out information so that we can get our residents ready with parking permits and start towing in August.
We love our 4 legged residents, but completely understand your frustration with owners not picking up after their pets. You all are our eyes so if you see a resident not picking up please report it to the office.

|Recommended: YesParking — It would be nice if each apartment was assigned 1 parking spot per unit. Many guest tend to get first dibs on parking, before residents. After that the guest stay for multiple days at a time occupying a potential closer parking spot for paying residents. A lot of the parking spaces unavailable are cars that are not working or getting worked on. The parking spaces are hard to see which prompt visually impaired drivers to misjudged the spaces making it hard to park for other drivers.

We will issue parking permits to residents only and there will be limited visitor parking passes &/ or spaces. For cars that are being worked on please help us by saying something and letting us know who it is since this seems to always take place after office hours.
